Staging

Through my experience in real estate, I quickly learned that a properly staged home can bring quicker, higher and a larger quantity of offers. With so many homes on the market, you want the first impression of your home to be a lasting one. The key is to get buyers into your house and when a home is properly staged and quality pictures are used, your home is going to stand out among all of the others. I also work with Realtors to provide them with quality pictures to ensure appropriate coverage.
I provide three different levels of staging services:
  • Consultation: I will come to your home, talk to you about your goals and budget, walk through and take pictures, then give you a summary with key areas for you to focus on. These will include different levels of projects where I think you will see the biggest results.                Price: starting at $50
  • Consultation with Staging: This will include all that is provided with the consultation but includes me completing the staging process. Price: starting at $40/hr
  • Consultation with Staging and Pictures: This option is great for Realtors. I will come in and give a consultation with the home owners. I will provide the staging to get the home ready to list and then take the pictures, edit them and have them ready for the realtor to put on the MLS. Price: starting at $195
  • Pictures Only: I will take pictures of every room, inside and outside and provide you with quality, edited photos that you can insert on the MLS.  Price: starting at $150
