• OSD played a big factor in selling my home. Megan's visual ideas of what a sellable house should look like were spot on. Megan walked through my house and made notes in each room of things that needed to be changed or taken out. She helped declutter and depersonalize the house so that the buyer could picture themselves in my home. Megan even suggested things to do for the outside so the house had more curb appeal. I followed all of her suggestions. Once everything was perfect, she came and took pictures of the house. She made sure the pictures maximized the size of the rooms. Within 3 days on the market, we had 3 offers and a signed contract. I believe Megan had a huge part in selling my home.
